The first is the FPA insurance and therefore it is not ALL RISK. As you know the only time you can get an insurance with this offer is when the ship sinks and because of this, it is comparatively cheap.
The second option is the All Risk insurance but it is quite expensive. They will take photos of the shipment before it leaves and check the condition of the vehicle.
